In WordPress Admin, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin. Choose the ZIP, click Install Now, then Activate.

Open Settings → Broadercaster to enter API credentials and defaults.

Add the block or shortcode to a page, publish, and confirm your stream appears.
