A typical memorial workflow (automation-first)

Broadercaster Memorial runs on a set-and-trust schedule: the stream automatically starts and ends at the service date/time you enter—no manual “go live” or “end stream” clicks required. This shifts the team’s focus from button-pressing to calm preparation and quality assurance.

Planning (1–3 days prior):
Create the event and double-check the service start/end in the correct time zone. Add service details, portrait, and branding (logo/watermark). Choose access (public, unlisted, access code, or registration). If using tributes, invite family contributors and enable moderation. Share the viewing link.

Preparation (day of service):
Arrive early to run a pre-flight check—camera framing, audio from the PA, network stability, watermark visibility, and page preview. Confirm the scheduled times are still accurate; if the order of service changes, update the schedule accordingly. Approve any last-minute tributes.

Live (automatic):
At the scheduled start, the system sets the event Live automatically. Operators simply monitor picture, audio levels, and page status, and (if enabled) display approved tributes or notes. No start/stop actions are needed.

After the service (automatic end):
At the scheduled end time, the stream stops automatically and the event moves to Completed. Verify playback, then publish the on-demand recording on the same page (if not auto-published). Share the link with the family and, if required, set availability or download options.
